DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

The Deputy for National Leadership Education is an implementer of part of the tasks and functions of Lemhannas RI in the field of national-level education. The Deputy for National Leadership Education is led by the Deputy.

The Deputy for National Leadership Education has the task of organizing education for cadre preparation and leadership consolidation at the national level.

In carrying out its tasks, the Deputy for National Leadership Education performs the following functions:

  • the preparation of plans and programs for national leadership education;
  • the implementation of national leadership education; and
  • the execution of other functions in accordance with the policies set by the Governor of Lemhannas RI.

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

The Directorate of Programs and Educational Development, abbreviated as Ditprogbangdik, has the task of conducting evaluations and developing educational programs, planning and preparing educational work programs, reporting on educational programs, providing support for educational facilities and infrastructure, preparing curricula and syllabi, and tracing alumni of the national leadership education at Lemhannas RI.

In carrying out its tasks, Ditprogbangdik performs the following functions:

  • implementing the planning and preparation of educational programs as well as reporting on the national leadership education programs at Lemhannas RI;
  • implementing the planning of support for educational facilities and infrastructure for national leadership education at Lemhannas RI;
  • implementing the preparation of curriculum and syllabus plans for national leadership education at Lemhannas RI;
  • implementing the tracing of graduates (alumni) of the national leadership education at Lemhannas RI;
  • implementing the evaluation and development of national leadership educational programs at Lemhannas RI; and
  • performing other functions in accordance with the policies established by the Deputy for National Leadership Education at Lemhannas RI.

The Directorate of Educational Operations, abbreviated as Ditopsdik, has the task of carrying out the educational operations within the Lemhannas RI environment.

In carrying out its tasks, Ditopsdik performs the following functions:

  • implementing the preparation of the educational calendar;
  • implementing the preparation and scheduling of teaching sessions according to the educational calendar;
  • implementing the planning of needs and the organization of main activities; and
  • implementing the planning, preparation, and provision of tutors and assistants.

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

The Directorate of Participant Development, abbreviated as Ditbintadik, has the task of carrying out the administration of participant development activities, extracurricular activities for participants, and providing support and services for educational participants, in accordance with the programs of the Deputy for National Leadership Education of Lemhannas RI.

In carrying out its tasks, Ditbintadik performs the following functions:

  • implementing the administration of participant activities for PPSA, PPRA, and other educational programs in accordance with the programs of the Deputy for National Leadership Education of Lemhannas RI;
  • implementing extracurricular activities for participants of PPSA, PPRA, and other educational programs in accordance with the programs of the Deputy for National Leadership Education of Lemhannas RI; and
  • providing support and services for the needs of participants of PPSA, PPRA, and other educational programs in accordance with the programs of the Deputy for National Leadership Education of Lemhannas RI.

Director of Educational Content and Participant Assessment, Deputy for Education of Lemhannas RI

TASKS AND FUNCTIONS

The Directorate of Materials and Assessment for Educational Participants, abbreviated as Ditmatlaitadik, is tasked with planning, preparing, drafting teaching materials and technical guidelines, assessing main activities and written works, as well as collecting and processing data and administration for Lemhannas RI education participants.

In carrying out its duties, Ditmatlaitadik performs the following functions:

  • Planning, preparation, and drafting of educational teaching materials;
  • Planning, preparation, and drafting of educational technical guidelines;
  • Planning and implementation of assessment for the main activities of Lemhannas RI education participants;
  • Planning and implementation of assessment for the written works of Lemhannas RI education participants;
  • Planning, drafting, preparation, collection, and processing of data for Lemhannas RI education participants; and
  • Planning, drafting, and preparation of administrative activities for Lemhannas RI education.
