Filing an Objection

Based on Information Commission Regulation No. 1 of 2021 concerning Public Information Service Standards Article 39, Public Information Applicants have the right to file objections for the following reasons:

a. Rejection based on Public Information Exemptions.

b. Periodic Information is not provided.

c. Public Information Requests are not responded to.

d. Public Information Requests are responded to in a manner inconsistent with the request.

e. Public Information Requests are not granted.

f. Unreasonable fees are charged; and/or

g. Public Information is provided beyond the time stipulated in this Regulation.
