HAS THE DUTIES

• To lead and control the implementation of tasks and functions of Lemhannas RI;
• To carry out other tasks in accordance with the policies set by the President of the Republic of Indonesia;
• To provide advice and input, whether requested or not, to the President of Indonesia on various national, regional, and international issues;
• To provide advice and input to other national leaders related to their duties;
• To establish general policies and technical policies for the implementation of Lemhannas RI's tasks that fall under its responsibility.

LHKPN Governor

Born as a military child, Lieutenant General TNI Eko Margiyono spent his childhood moving around. This nomadic journey finally brought him to live in Jakarta.

After graduating from the Military Academy in 1989, this man from Semarang immediately followed the Special Forces Command (Kopassus) training. His military career then began with becoming the Unit Commander at Battalion 22/Mangala Yudha Group 2 Kopassus.

Throughout his career, this recipient of the Yudha Dharma Star has held strategic positions. Governor of the Military Academy, Commander of Kopassus, Pangdam Jaya, Pangkostrad, and Commander of TNI's Kodiklat are positions he has held.

Starting from March 21, 2024, this alumnus of the 21st Batch of Lemhannas RI Short-Term Education Program will serve as the Deputy Governor of his alma mater.

HAS THE DUTIES

• Assist the Governor of Lemhannas RI in leading the implementation of tasks and functions of Lemhannas RI;
• Represent the Governor of Lemhannas RI in case of absence;

The Deputy Governor of Lemhannas RI is under the direct responsibility of the Governor of Lemhannas RI.

LHKPN Deputy Governor

Born in Toba Regency, North Sumatra, Police Commissioner General Drs. R.Z. Panca Putra Simanjuntak, M.Si. is more familiar with metropolitan life. This is because he was raised in the capital city.

Panca Putra completed his primary and secondary education in Jakarta. After finishing school, Panca Putra, who was 18 years old at the time, became a cadet at the Police Academy. He graduated in 1990.

His career as a police officer was pursued diligently. To this day, Panca Putra has held various important positions.

Before being appointed as the Chief Secretary of Lemhannas RI on September 8, 2023, Panca Putra served as the Chief of Police of North Sumatra, Chief of Police of North Sulawesi, and the Director of Investigations at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

HAS THE DUTIES

The Chief Secretariat is a leadership support element that is under and responsible to the Governor of Lemhannas RI. The Chief Secretariat is led by the Chief Secretary.

The Chief Secretariat has the task of coordinating planning, development, and control over programs, administration, and resources within Lemhannas RI.

• Coordination, synchronization, and integration within Lemhannas RI;
• Coordination of planning and formulation of technical policies for Lemhannas RI;
• Development and administrative services for management, organization, procedures, personnel, finance, archives, encryption, equipment, and household affairs of Lemhannas RI;
• Development of data and information, public relations, and protocol within Lemhannas RI;
• Coordination of drafting regulations related to Lemhannas RI's duties;
• Coordination and preparation of Lemhannas RI's reports.
