As an evaluation step to improve the implementation of future education programs, a Reflection for Educators and Education Personnel on the 2024 Lemhannas RI Teaching and Learning Process was held at the Gadjah Mada Auditorium on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, and Thursday, December 5, 2024.
A total of 150 participants—consisting of 16 structural officials, 14 Expert Instructors, 14 Expert Researchers, 43 Professional Personnel, and 63 Education Personnel—took part in this activity. During the event, discussions focused on issues related to Scientific Writing, Written Exams, Taskap Presentations; mechanisms for Group Discussions (DK), Inter-Group Discussions (DAK), and Case Study Discussions (DSK); as well as Participant Assessment.
“It is necessary for us to discuss how the teaching and learning process can meet the institution’s expectations,” said the Deputy for National-Level Leadership Education at Lemhannas RI, Air Vice Marshal TNI Andi Heru Wahyudi, as he opened the event.
Furthermore, the Deputy for National-Level Leadership Education at Lemhannas RI stated that there are many aspects that need improvement amid the dynamic national environment, which demands more extensive use of technology. “High utilization of technology will make the teaching and learning process easier, and it is our hope that we can adapt to that, and that in the future we can synergize again to face PPRA 68 and PPSA 25,” said the Deputy.
On that occasion, the Deputy emphasized the importance of the presence and involvement of all parties so that a shared perspective and understanding can be achieved going forward. “Hopefully this will be useful and can provide insights into how the education process, which may appear simple, actually involves a great deal of complex issues that require solutions and certainly require input from all of you,” concluded the Deputy.
