The second task is for Lemhannas RI to conduct studies, particularly in geopolitics, at the regional, national, and international levels, as required by the President of Indonesia. The third task involves organizing the strengthening of national values to build the nation’s character.

These tasks of Lemhannas RI align with the implementation of the Asta Cita, which is the policy direction of President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto. Lemhannas RI has the responsibility to strengthen national resilience and uphold the ideology of Pancasila, democracy, and human rights as the first Asta Cita. The Governor of Lemhannas RI also mentioned that Lemhannas RI would conduct studies on various situations related to achieving the Asta Cita.

In addition to these three tasks, the Governor of Lemhannas RI also highlighted that Lemhannas RI has a national resilience measurement laboratory (Labkurtannas). The optimization of the national resilience index measurement as Lemhannas RI’s core business involves the refinement of methodology, data collection and processing mechanisms, and the validity of indicators and variables in measuring national resilience. "We hope that with Labkurtannas, we can provide a perspective that helps detect potential threats to our national resilience. We certainly hope that this data will assist our government, including Bappenas, in assessing the impact on our efforts to achieve what we call Indonesia's Golden Year in 2045," said the Governor of Lemhannas RI.

Regarding Lemhannas RI's role in the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) formulated by the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas RI, Lemhannas RI is already included in Asta Cita 1 with the inclusion of national leadership education aspects, with the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) being the percentage of alumni in strategic positions at the central and regional levels. The Governor of Lemhannas RI conveyed that Lemhannas RI aims to contribute to the national resilience index measurement and hopes to be included in the KPI of the RPJMN 2025-2029 program. This is relevant to the field Lemhannas RI is engaged in and is expected to strengthen Asta Cita number four, which focuses on strengthening human resources (HR), science, technology, education, health, sports achievements, gender equality, as well as the empowerment of women, youth, and persons with disabilities.

Regarding Lemhannas RI, which is currently part of the politics and communication directorate of PPN/Bappenas, the Governor of Lemhannas RI hopes for the support of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas RI in integrating national leadership education programs and national values strengthening programs as national priority programs (PN). The Governor also mentioned that Lemhannas RI is ready to deploy a team to provide input for the RPJMN formulation and hopes for further cooperation and direct involvement in national development program planning.

On this occasion, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas RI, Febrian Alphyanto Ruddyard, stated that Lemhannas RI is a national asset responsible for creating the "software" and "operating system" for leaders to address regional resilience. According to Febrian, Lemhannas RI has a unique feature that is not found in similar institutions abroad, namely the internalization of national awareness. "I think this is what distinguishes Lemhannas in Indonesia from other countries," said Febrian.

With the national resilience measurement system in Lemhannas RI, Febrian hopes Lemhannas RI can build a cluster and create its own national resilience index according to Indonesia's needs.

During the meeting, Prof. Rachmat Pambudy warmly welcomed and expressed readiness to support Lemhannas RI in the future, particularly regarding national resilience measurement. Regarding the existing memorandum of understanding, Prof. Rachmat Pambudy hoped it could be updated to address current issues. "This aligns with the rapid changes in geopolitics and geo-economics that must be responded to more effectively. I hope we can address the problems facing our nation, transforming behavior by changing the way we think, act, and most importantly, transforming from being unskilled to skilled," he concluded.

Also present were leaders from the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas RI, including the Secretary of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas RI, Teni Widuriyanti, S.E., M.A.; the Deputy for Human Development, Society, and Culture, Amich Alhumami, M.A., M.Ed., Ph.D.; Senior Expert on Economic Synergy and Financing, Rd.
