The Principal Secretary of Lemhannas RI Leads the First Assembly of 2025

The Principal Secretary of the National Resilience Institute (Sestama Lemhannas RI), Commissioner General of Police Drs. R. Z. Panca Putra S., M.Si., expressed his deepest gratitude and appreciation to all personnel—civil servants (ASN), military (TNI), police (Polri), and professional staff—for their dedication and contributions throughout 2024. This was conveyed during a Special Assembly to Welcome 2025, held at Lemhannas RI’s Central Field on Monday (6/1).

Sestama Lemhannas RI emphasized the Governor of Lemhannas RI’s message that Lemhannas is a unique institution because its personnel come from diverse backgrounds: ASN, TNI, Polri, and non-ASN. This collaboration aims to integrate all elements of the nation to strengthen Indonesia’s resilience in the face of geopolitical challenges. He urged all personnel to enhance cooperation to effectively carry out Lemhannas RI’s primary duties.

“Lemhannas RI cannot operate without the commitment of its human resources, who are truly dedicated to supporting its primary mission of ensuring national resilience,” said Sestama Lemhannas RI. He stressed that teamwork is essential to achieving optimal performance.

During the event, Sestama Lemhannas RI also highlighted areas requiring improvement, particularly in the implementation of the first 100-day program. He pointed out that there are aspects that still need attention and enhancement.

In closing, Sestama Lemhannas RI expressed hope that Lemhannas RI would continue to demonstrate its significance, meeting societal expectations to strengthen Indonesia’s national resilience amid evolving geopolitical dynamics. “This institution does not belong to one person; it belongs to all of us and must be safeguarded as envisioned by our founding fathers,” he concluded.
