The Governor of the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (Lemhannas RI), Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si., accompanied by the Special Staff for Presidential Communication, Hafizhul Mizan, visited one of the Nutritional Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) or Free Nutritious Meals Kitchens (MBG) located in Kebayunan Village, Tapos, Depok, West Java on Monday (6/11).

During the visit, the Governor conducted a direct inspection to ensure that the kitchen met the standards set by the National Nutrition Agency (BGN). Furthermore, the Governor stated that the food portions provided were measured by nutrition experts to meet the needs of the students. "The portions provided certainly depend on the nutritional needs for children of different ages who are part of the Nutritious Meals Program," said the Governor.

According to the Governor, the MBG Program is a form of the state’s responsibility to the nation’s children. It is proof of the country's commitment to improving the quality of human resources for Indonesia’s Golden Years in 2045. "This shows a strong commitment from President Prabowo to ensure that Indonesian human resources, especially our children, have access to nutritious food," said the Governor.

After inspecting the MBG Kitchen in Kebayunan Village, the Governor also monitored the food distribution process by visiting two schools targeted for the MBG program: SMP Islam Nurul Qur’an in Sukatani, Depok, and SDN Sukatani in Pekapuran, Depok. All students and their parents welcomed the program enthusiastically.

It is hoped that the MBG program will serve as a milestone in improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia, paving the way for Indonesia's Golden Years in 2045. "Today marks a milestone for the country’s investment in the future of Indonesia's human resources," stated the Governor.

Reflecting on the program, the Governor of Lemhannas RI believes the MBG program will strengthen the state's presence in ensuring the growth and development of children. The guaranteed development of human resources will undoubtedly strengthen Indonesia’s human resources. "A strong human resource base is the key to national resilience. If Indonesia’s human resources are strong, our nation will have a strong endurance and be able to compete with other countries," concluded the Governor of Lemhannas RI. Therefore, the Governor urged all parties to support the success of the MBG program.

Accompanying the Governor during the visit were the Deputy for National Values Strengthening at Lemhannas RI, Major General TNI Rido Hermawan, M.Sc., and the Task Force Team for the 100-Day Food Resilience Program, Brigadier General TNI Rudy Wahjudiono, S.E., M.M. (NA/CHP)
