Governor of Lemhannas RI: The P4N batch 68 Senate Committees Must Accommodate Aspirations of its Participants

The inauguration of Senate Committees of Preparation and Consolidation Education for the National-level Leaders (P4N) batch 68 was held at the Gadjah Mada Auditorium of Lemhannas RI on Thursday, (13/2). Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si., officially inaugurated Police Grand Commissioner. Budiman Bostang Panjaitan, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., as Chairman of the Senate Committees.

"I am sure that the elected senate management undoubtfully has the ability and background experience especially in understanding the role of leadership and organization," he said. Furthermore, the Governor of Lemhannas RI emphasized that the Senate Committees of P4N batch 68 as representatives of all participants must accomodate any diversity. It is expected that the senate committees will be able to be a representation, accommodate aspirations, and input from all participants.

The Governor of Lemhannas RI also considered the existence of senate committees as a laboratory that shapes the leadership character of the participants. According to him, the decision-making process and management of strategic steps in the senate will be valuable capital for participants when they return to their respective institutions.

"Life is not always about being a leader, but we must be ready when we are led. Otherwise, when we become leaders, we must also be ready to take responsibility," said the Governor, while emphasizing this principle as the basis for accountability for the trust given.  

At the end of his speech, the Governor of Lemhannas RI expressed his hope that the P4N batch 68 senate committees could collaborate with Lemhannas RI to explore and push the leadership potential of its participants. 

Also present at the event were the Prime Secretary of Lemhannas RI, Police Commissioner General Drs. R.Z. Panca Putra S., M.Si., the Deputies of Lemhannas RI, and all participants of P4N batch 68 of Lemhannas RI. (NA/CHP)
