The National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (Lemhannas RI) held an event to monitor the reporting of the State Apparatus Wealth Report (LHKAN), the State Official Wealth Report (LHKPN), and the assessment of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) within Lemhannas RI, in the Airlangga Room on Thursday (April 23). This event aims to ensure transparent and accountable organizational governance in the submission of wealth reports.

“The reporting is more than just the compliance of an administrative obligation; it is a tangible manifestation of our shared commitment to integrity in preventing corrupt practices and upholding the institution’s reputation, ensuring it remains a clean, professional, and highly ethical bureaucracy in serving the public,” the Inspector of Lemhannas RI, Brigadier General Udin Zainudin, S.I.K., M.H., stated at the beginning of his remarks.

According to the data presented, as of April 22, 2026, the LHKAN reporting rate among Lemhannas RI personnel was 71.49 percent, while the LHKPN reporting rate was 77.27 percent. Meanwhile, the maturity level of Lemhannas RI’s SPIP has reached Level 3 (defined) with a score of 3.206. The SPIP maturity assessment focuses on five main elements, including control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and control monitoring.

Given that the SPIP maturity score is a key indicator of bureaucratic reform, the Inspectorate Office is encouraging all work units to strengthen coordination to improve SPIP results.

Concluding his remarks, the Inspector of Lemhannas RI expressed hope that all work units would be more active in supporting the achievement of bureaucratic reform targets. “Through this event, I hope that the mandatory submission of LHKPN and LHKAN reports will reach 100 percent before the reporting deadline. Furthermore, regarding the implementation of SPIP, I urge all work units to provide optimal support for achieving Lemhannas RI’s bureaucratic reform score,” the Inspector of Lemhannas RI added.

In addition, the Inspector emphasized that all personnel of Lemhannas RI should not only fulfill their institutional obligations but also share the collective responsibility of fostering a clean, professional, and service-oriented bureaucracy. (ZA/CHP/DA)
