The implementation of Lemhannas RI LSP activities is specifically focused on the schemes of national insight and national leadership.
The Lemhannas RI LSP assessor training was formed on the commitment and support of the Lemhannas RI officials and technical guidance from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), and the Polri LSP. "Therefore, on behalf of the Lemhannas RI LSP working group team, we express our respect and gratitude to the Governor, Deputy Governor, Main Secretary and all parties who have assisted the working group team," said Rear Admiral TNI Sawa.
The activity, which will be held for five days, will be attended by twenty-four participants, consisting of seven high-ranking officers with the rank of Major General/Rear Admiral, Air Marshal, and Inspector General of Police; nine officers with the rank of Brigadier General/First Admiral, Air Commodore, and Brigadier General of Police; three middle-ranking officers with the rank of Colonel/Senior Commissioner; and 5 ASN/Non-ASN.

"Through the certification that we will later carry out and provide, it will create a similarity of perception from the standardized national resilience material curriculum that will be given to all elements of the nation," said the Governor of Lemhannas RI.
The Lemhannas RI LSP assessor training is important because it is in line with the first point of the asta cita of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, namely strengthening the ideology of Pancasila, democracy and human rights, as well as the fourth asta cita to strengthen human resource development (HRD). Referring to this, Lemhannas RI, which is tasked with ensuring the realization of the conditions of Indonesian national resilience, needs to formulate and develop national resilience teaching standards that become guidelines in carrying out and realizing the vision of "Together, Advanced Indonesia Towards a Golden Indonesia 2045".
Indonesia is faced with a major challenge to prepare superior, competent, and globally competitive human resources in the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0. In line with this, the quality of human resources is the key to achieving progress and prosperity of the nation.
The Governor of Lemhannas RI welcomed the holding of the Lemhannas RI LSP assessor training. The activity aims to prepare assessor personnel who will be assigned to conduct assessments to prospective instructors, who will later receive national resilience certification, especially the scheme of national insight and national leadership.
The certification is also intended to maintain and ensure the preservation of professionalism, which is expected that in the future national resilience instructors will be able and skilled in utilizing the development of learning technology. "So that it remains relevant to the demands of learning needs. Until it continues to be relevant to the dynamic needs of national resilience lessons," concluded the Governor of Lemhannas RI.
The Governor of Lemhannas RI assessed that the competence of assessors is a critical success factor in the implementation of certification. Therefore, the Governor of Lemhannas RI advised all participants to be able to participate in the activity seriously and with high motivation.
