Lemhannas RI Governor Inaugurates and Swears in Echelon I and II Officials of Lemhannas RI

The Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si. inaugurated and swore in seven echelon I and II officials of Lemhannas RI in the Silent Room, 1st Floor Trigatra Building, on Wednesday (22/1). The implementation of this activity is based on the Decree of the Governor of Lemhannas RI Number 241 and 253 of 2024 concerning Dismissal from and Appointment to Positions within the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Governor of Lemhannas RI said that job promotion and transfer are normal dynamics that occur in an organization. This functions as a means of regeneration and is part of human resource development efforts to improve organizational performance which has implications for new mandates accompanied by greater responsibilities.

Through the government, Indonesia is currently trying to maintain that it can continue to grow well, realizing a prosperous, democratic, and just country. The Governor of Lemhannas RI invited the inauguration and oath-taking participants to work together as a good team. "You are required to be part of a team effort, work together so that we can make the Lemhannas RI institution a better institution," said the Governor of Lemhannas RI.

The Governor of Lemhannas RI advised the participants on their role in supporting the achievement of organizational goals, both in the implementation of national-level leadership education programs, the preparation of study papers, the implementation of strengthening national values, and management support. The Governor of Lemhannas RI hopes that new, creative and innovative ideas can emerge to become motivation and provide inspiration in the work environment.

Gratitude and appreciation were also conveyed to the released officials. "Thank you for your hard work at Lemhannas RI. Wherever you are assigned, the responsibility remains the same, namely ensuring dedication to this nation and country that we love," concluded the Governor of Lemhannas RI. (SP/CHP)
