Strengthening Integrity Among P4N Batch 69 Participants
News & Article Wednesday, 22 April 2026, 13:00The Preparation and Consolidation Program for the National-level Leaders (P4N) Batch 69 received Integrity Strengthening and Anti-Corruption Training from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Wednesday and Thursday, April 22–23, 2026. The program began with a briefing from KPK Deputy Chairman Fitroh Rohcahyanto on Wednesday (4/22).
On that occasion, Fitroh Rohcahyanto outlined five qualities that P4N Batch 69 participants must possess as future national-leader cadres. First, integrity that is not merely spoken but must align with actions. "What is in the heart, the mind, and what is said must be consistent with what is actually done," said Fitroh Rohcahyanto. Second, dedication, in which participants must be willing to devote themselves to the interests of the nation and the state once they assume their duties. Third, objectivity in every decision-making process and the avoidance of conflicts of interest. Fourth, loyalty to the constitution, the nation, the state, and the public. Fifth, trustworthiness in carrying out responsibilities.
Furthermore, the KPK Deputy Chairman emphasized that combating corruption requires synergy among all parties. "This training is a form of synergy between the KPK and Lemhannas RI," the KPK Deputy Chairman concluded.
On this occasion, the Governor of Lemhannas RI stated that one of the materials included in Lemhannas RI's educational curriculum is the spirit of integrity and anti-corruption. For this reason, Lemhannas RI specifically invited the KPK to provide this training. According to the Governor of Lemhannas RI, integrity is essential for P4N Batch 69 participants. "As national leaders, having integrity is extremely important; skill alone is not enough. If we have the integrity to serve the nation and the state, our country will become a developed nation,” said the Governor of Lemhannas RI.
He further stated that a wealthy nation is meaningless if its leaders lack integrity. The integrity of national leaders is fundamental to the management of public policy. It is expected that P4N Batch 69 participants can further strengthen the principles of statecraft with a spirit of integrity, professionalism, and honesty.
Several structural officials of Lemhannas RI accompanied the Governor of Lemhannas RI during the visit. On the first day of the two-day program, participants received a briefing on leadership integrity from the Deputy for Education and Public Participation, Wawan Wardiana, followed by a case study discussion. On the second day, participants conducted a study visit to KPK's Gedung Merah Putih and its Storage Facility for Confiscated and Seized Items (Rupbasan). (NA/CHP/MDF)
