“'I hereby declare that in carrying out the duties of my office I will uphold the ethics of my office to the best of my ability and with utmost sense of responsibility,” Rear Admiral Edwin, S.H., M.Han., M.H. declared when taking the oath of office of the Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI on Wednesday (19/3). The Inauguration and Oath Taking of the Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI was carried out based on the Decree of the Governor of the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2025.
The Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si. emphasized that the inauguration of the Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI has a significant and strategic meaning because it is a response to the demands and challenges of the duties. Therefore, the trust and opportunity given must be regarded as a mandate to be carried out with sincerity and responsibility.
“I believe that with the work experience of Rear Admiral Edwin, S.H., M.Han., M.H. and strong synergy, we can achieve the great expectations of the nation and state entrusted to Lemhannas RI,” the Governor of Lemhannas RI stated. He believes that Rear Admiral Edwin, S.H., M.Han., M.H. will adapt immediately to the tasks at hand, be able to coordinate the tasks well, and contribute new creative and innovative ideas to further strengthen Lemhannas RI.
Moreover, the position of the Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI as the principal deputy to the Governor of Lemhannas RI is a pivotal position. The Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI must be competent in managerial duties, able to become a driving force for the development of work culture, be able to foster a feeling of pride in all personnel, and be able to synergize all the potentials for the optimization of Lemhannas RI’s performance.
