Lemhannas RI and the Presidential Staff Office Strengthen Cross-Institutional Coordination

The Prime Secretary of Lemhannas RI, Commissioner General of Police Drs. R. Z. Panca Putra S., M.Si., received an audience with the Acting Deputy I of the Presidential Staff Office (KSP), Dr. Heru Kreshna Reza, along with the Expert Staff of the Presidential Staff Office, in the Sestama Office on Wednesday (2/18). The meeting aimed to strengthen cross-institutional coordination in optimizing priority programs in the fields of ideology and national resilience.
In supporting Asta Cita, Lemhannas RI plays a role in consolidating national values, conducting strategic assessments of various national, regional, and international issues, and carrying out education to prepare cadres and strengthen national-level leaders. Some of Lemhannas RI’s achievements presented by the Sestama during the meeting include the National Development Planning Index (IPPN) rated as very good, ten consecutive years of “Unqualified Opinion” (WTP) in financial management audits, the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) rated good, the Building Governance Index (ITKP) rated good, and other notable achievements.
In line with this, the Sestama of Lemhannas RI presented several program plans for 2026. The first program is the implementation of national leaders education, including the delivery of materials, strategic studies both domestically and abroad, national system management exercises, seminars, and scientific writing.
The second program is the strengthening of national values, which includes the Strengthening of National Values Program (PPNK), training of trainers (TOT), Regional Leadership Strengthening Course (KPPD), National Insight Festivals, and the “Lemhannas Goes to Campus” initiative. The third program involves conducting strategic assessments, including the preparation of policy papers, recommendations, and risk mitigation of geopolitical developments as input for government decision-making.
In addition to these three core functions, Lemhannas RI also conducts national resilience index measurements through its laboratory center. Activities at the Lemhannas RI Laboratory Center include developing an AI-based national resilience measurement system (Siskurtannas), media tracking applications, AI-based responsive Siskurtannas applications, applications for quantifying Lemhannas RI research results, the Professional Certification Institute (LSP), and an assessment center.
During the meeting, the Prime Secretary of Lemhannas RI stated that the institution remains committed to carrying out its duties and functions in support of the government’s Asta Cita program to achieve the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045. Present from the KSP were Principal Expert Mei Siregar, Intermediate Expert Bambang Dirgantoro, Junior Expert Artinus Hulu, and Skilled Expert James Baron Siahaan. (SP/CHP/MDF)
