PP3N Batch XXVI Alumni as Agents of Change Leading the Nation towards Indonesia Emas 2045
News & Article Tuesday, 02 December 2025, 14:00The Consolidation Program for National-level Leaders (P3N) Batch XXVI of 2025 at Lemhannas RI was officially concluded on Tuesday (2/12). The Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si., stated that 89 participants of P3N Batch XXVI** were declared to have successfully completed the program and are entitled to receive their certificates. Of the 89 participants, two received special awards: the Best Academic Achievement Award, presented to Police Inspector General Dr. Barito Mulyo Ratmono, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si., and the Best Individual Working Paper (KKP) Award, received by Brigadier General of Police Muhammad Firman, S.I.K., M.Si.**
“Indonesia needs visionary leaders who are able to look far ahead and think comprehensively, integratively, and holistically,” said the Governor of Lemhannas RI. To achieve this, Lemhannas RI has designed an educational process that goes beyond a conventional training program, a journey of self-development, character building, and strengthening national identity. This program is expected to produce leaders who understand various strategic dynamics and are capable of making tangible contributions upon returning to their respective institutions.
On this occasion, the Governor of Lemhannas RI delivered several messages to all Alumni of P3N Batch XXVI. First, the alumni are national strategic leaders who must serve as examples and role models for society, demonstrating mindsets, attitudes, and actions aligned with the nation’s four basic consensuses. Second, all alumni must firmly uphold integrity based on the values of truth, justice, and honesty. Third, they must become visionary leaders who dare to make decisions and provide solutions to the nation’s challenges. Fourth, they are expected to enhance their sensitivity and concern for social developments within their respective communities. Fifth, the alumni must act as unifying forces for the nation, turning diversity into a source of national strength.
“I believe that the Alumni of P3N Batch XXVI will become agents of change, actors and drivers in the nation’s great journey toward Indonesia Emas 2045,” the Governor of Lemhannas RI stated.
In closing his remarks, the Governor of Lemhannas RI emphasized that the pin and status of Lemhannas RI Alumni now borne by the Alumni of P3N Batch XXVI come with inherent responsibilities, particularly in upholding ethical conduct and maintaining integrity as national leaders. Therefore, Lemhannas RI will continue to monitor and oversee the implementation of duties and any challenges encountered by the alumni, as well as evaluate the proper use of the Lemhannas RI Alumni pin.
In relation to their status as Lemhannas RI Alumni, the Closing Ceremony of P3N Batch XXVI of Lemhannas RI was followed by the Inauguration of the Executive Board (DPA) of IKAL-Lemhannas P3N Batch XXVI for the 2025–2030 Term. The First Vice Chairperson of the Central Executive Board of the Lemhannas Alumni Association (DPP IKAL) Dr. Ir. Mustafa Abubakar, M.Si. inaugurated Police Inspector General Dr. Barito Mulyo Ratmono, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si. as the Chairman of the Daily Executive Board. On that occasion, the First Vice Chairperson of DPP IKAL conveyed that all IKAL members must possess a fighter’s spirit and a statesman’s perspective. Furthermore, he emphasized that IKAL members must serve as an enablers for harmony and national unity in order to safeguard the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. (NA/CHP/MDF).
