The Senate of P3N Batch XVII Officially Inaugurated

After the Consolidation Program for National-level Leaders (P3N) Batch XXVII at Lemhannas RI was officially opened, the Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si inaugurated the Senate Board of the P3N Batch XXVII at the Gadjah Mada Auditorium on Wednesday (1/11). The inauguration was held based on the Decree of the Governor of Lemhannas RI No. 36 of 2026 on the Composition of the Senate Management of P3N Batch XXVII Participants for the 2026 Academic Year at Lemhannas RI. The Governor of Lemhannas RI appointed  Brigadier General of Police Ade Ary Syam Indradi, S.H., S.I.K., M.H.  as Senate Chair.

The Senate Board of P3N Batch XXVII at Lemhannas RI was formed as a representative body of the P3N Batch XXVII participants, representing all participants in the program. “The senate chairman must be able to uphold this mandate in the best possible way, nurture the participants and demonstrate sound leadership,” the Governor of Lemhannas RI said.

As representatives of all participants, the Governor of Lemhannas RI hopes that the active contribution of the P3N Batch XXVII senate management would benefit activities aimed at improving the quality of education at Lemhannas RI. The participants’ involvement in the senate’s organizational structure will also serve as a learning process and a laboratory for shaping their leadership character.

Participants’ experiences in positioning themselves within an organization during decision-making processes, including situations where decisions may not align with personal preferences, will frequently arise throughout their education at Lemhannas RI. These experiences will ultimately be carried by the participants into the real world as preparation to become leaders who are ready both to lead and to be led.

These fundamental aspects, the Governor said, must be understood and upheld by the P3N Batch XXVII senate board as a form of responsibility for the trust given. “Leadership is not only about knowledge, but about how you can play a strategic role and carry out your duties as effectively as possible,” the Governor of Lemhannas RI concluded.
