Governor Lemhannas RI inaugurated Air Vice Marshal Ir. Bob Henry Panggabean, M.I.P. as Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education

"This inauguration and oath-taking are not merely ceremonial, but also carry a profound meaning, as the state and nation entrust the mandate and duties bestowed upon Air Vice Marshal Ir. Bob Henry Panggabean, M.I.P.," said the Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si., during the Inauguration and Oath-taking Ceremony of the Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education at Lemhannas RI on Friday (July 11th).

The inauguration is based on the Decree of the Governor of Lemhannas RI Number 111 of 2025 concerning Dismissals from and Appointments to Positions within Lemhannas RI, which stipulates the appointment of Air Marshal Ir. Bob Henry Panggabean, M.I.P. as Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education at Lemhannas RI.

Furthermore, the Governor of Lemhannas RI emphasized that the mandate entrusted to him must be carried out responsibly. According to him, serving as Deputy is a challenging responsibility. However, the Governor believes that Air Vice Marshal Ir. Bob Henry Panggabean, M.I.P., can carry out this mandate. He hopes that Air Vice Marshal Bob Henry Panggabean, will be able to further optimize the performance of the Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education in order to contribute in developing the quality of education participants.

One of Lemhannas RI's duties is to provide higher education for national leaders and future national leaders. Therefore, all parties must work together to support the duties and functions of the Deputy Office of  National-Level Leaders Education.

In this regard, various current challenges, issues, and problems require Lemhannas RI to formulate an appropriate educational curriculum so that participants can acquire the knowledge, understanding, and skills that can support the realization of national ideals. "The current global geopolitical situation demands that all of us, including Lemhannas RI as an institution educating national leaders, ensure that participants are able to solve various problems faced by the nation," said the Governor of Lemhannas RI.

Therefore, it is hoped that the Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education at Lemhannas RI, under the leadership of Air Vice Marshal Ir. Bob Henry Panggabean, M.I.P., can interpret the targets and achieve the goals of the education programs to create adaptive, collaborative, and solution-oriented participants who can resolve various national issues.

"We need to continuously improve the educational learning process because education is inextricably linked to the dynamics of the times and the changes occurring amidst the global uncertainty faced by our nation," concluded the Governor of Lemhannas RI. (NA/CHP)
