Flag-Raising Ceremony as a Communication Forum for All Lemhannas RI Personnel

All Lemhannas RI personnel participated in the Flag-Raising Ceremony at the Lemhannas RI Central Field on Thursday (July 17th). The ceremony served as a forum for communication, evaluation, and information sharing between the leaders and all Lemhannas RI personnel. Acting as the ceremony inspector was the Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education of Lemhannas RI, Air Vice Marshal Ir. Bob Henry Panggabean, M.I.P.

On this occasion, the Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education presented various institutional dynamics. First, Lemhannas RI's budget realization, which as of July 15, 2025, had reached 53.24% of the total budget. On the occasion, the Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education expressed his appreciation for the budget implementation, which has been going quite well. However, some work units still have below-average absorption rates.

"It is necessary to accelerate program implementation, optimize planning, and strengthen internal oversight so that the budget used can be maximized efficiently and on target, while adhering to the principles of efficiency," said the Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education of Lemhannas RI.

Furthermore, Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education of Lemhannas RI stated that in the field of education, participants of P3N 25 and P4N 68 had attended  Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka’s Lecture. On that occasion, the Vice President emphasized that all participants should provide recommendations to the government based on their analysis of the current situation and the knowledge gained from the series of class sessions at Lemhannas RI.

Furthermore, in the area of strategic studies, the 9th Jakarta Geopolitical Forum (JGF) was held. This event brought together leading strategic policymakers, academics, and experts from around the world to discuss the pressing challenges posed by global economic fragmentation and the growing threats to energy security.

In the area of strengthening national values, various activities have been implemented, such as regional head retreats, strengthening national values, training for trainers, and national insight Talk show. Meanwhile, in the area of management support, Lemhannas RI has prepared a strategic plan for 2025-2029. It is considered crucial because the strategic plan serves as a benchmark for Lemhannas RI's performance in carrying out its duties and developing its programs.

Highlighting the importance of each task undertaken by Lemhannas RI, the Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education of Lemhannas RI. emphasized several messages. First, every Lehmanna's personnel must maintain discipline and work ethic. "Discipline is not merely about punctuality, but also reflects accuracy in thinking, acting, and behaving professionally, accountably, and responsibly," concluded the Deputy for National Leadership Education of Lemhannas RI.

Furthermore, every Lemhannas RI personnel must be able to improve their integrity and loyalty in every task and continue to uphold the values of honesty, objectivity, and moral courage. Furthermore, every Lemhannas RI personnel must continue to foster a spirit of collaboration and innovation, especially amidst the increasingly complex nature of cross-sectoral issues.

Concluding his address, the Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education of Lemhannas RI.emphasized that all Lemhannas RI personnel must uphold Lemhannas RI's dignity with the best possible performance and a spirit of sincere dedication. "As part of the extended Lemhannas RI family, we all have a responsibility to be role models in strategic thinking and tactical action," concluded the Deputy for National-Level Leaders Education of Lemhannas RI.
