“We work within one system. Although we are in different units, if the supporting system is not properly built, it will affect the institution,” said the Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si. He delivered this statement during the Lemhannas RI Leader’s Briefing at the Beginning of the 2026 Fiscal Year on Tuesday (1/6) at the Gajah Mada Auditorium, Astagatra Building, Lemhannas RI.

At the beginning of his remarks, the Governor of Lemhannas RI expressed his appreciation for the performance of each work unit within Lemhannas RI, which has operated well amid efficiency policies. However, he acknowledged that there are still several evaluation notes regarding these achievements.

In the field of the Deputy Office for National-Level Leaders Education, the Governor appreciated the implementation of three batches of education programs: P4N Batch 68 with 110 participants; P3N Batch 25 with 100 participants; and P3N Batch 26 with 89 participants. Furthermore, he emphasized the need to anticipate and improve performance planning to ensure better preparation in the future. Accordingly, the preparation of work plans should be carried out in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

In the field of the Deputy Office for Strengthening National Values, the Governor appreciated several activities that had been conducted: the National Values Strengthening program attended by 200 participants; Training of Trainers attended by 300 participants; the National Insight Dialogue attended by 400 participants; the KPPD program attended by regional heads; and Lemhannas Goes to Campus attended by thousands of participants. He emphasized the importance of enhancing the Lemhannas Goes to Campus initiative to serve as a more effective forum for interaction and for reinforcing national values in Generation Z as agents of change. “National values should not be confined to training rooms. We must bring them to campuses to strengthen the next generation,” he said.

In the area of the Deputy for Strategic Studies, the Governor commended the completion of 12 urgent and rapid studies, along with crisis assessments. He stressed that these outputs should be coordinated with the Deputy Coordinator of Senior Analysts and the Senior analysts, who serve as Lemhannas RI’s think tank, to ensure alignment with their specific functional responsibilities.

In the field of National Resilience Measurement, the Governor urged data updates to the National Resilience Measurement System. He expects that in 2026, the National Resilience Measurement Laboratory Center of Lemhannas RI will release national resilience indicators at least three times a year, so that the resulting data can serve as indicators in planning work programs. “I do not want the national resilience index to be treated as data that is simply published and forgotten. It should be actively used to assess national resilience and guide all Lemhannas RI policies,” he said.

Overall, Lemhannas RI also achieved various awards in 2025. In the National Development Planning Index (IPPN), Lemhannas RI received a “Very Good” rating. In the Government Internal Control System (SPIP), Electronic-Based Government System Index (SPBE), Integrity Assessment Survey (SPI), Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), Legal Reform Index, and Archive Digitalization Level, it received “Good” ratings. Meanwhile, in the Sectoral Statistics Assessment and Public Complaint Follow-up Rate (LAPOR), it received a “Fair” rating. The Audit Result of Lemhannas RI’s Financial Management Report received an Unqualified Opinion (WTP).

Facing Fiscal Year 2026, the Governor of Lemhannas RI urged all personnel to work earnestly and move swiftly to ensure the success of every work program. “May we all perform better than the previous year and improve our performance in 2026 with measurable and well-directed policies, thereby enhancing the achievements we have planned.” (NA/CHP/MDF)
