P4N Batch LXIX Senate Inauguration : Leading among Leaders, Governor Says

After the official opening of the Preparation and Consolidation Program for the National-level Leaders (P4N) Batch LXIX at Lemhannas RI, the Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si., inaugurated the P4N Batch LXIX Senate, which took place in the Dwi Warna Room on Tuesday (1/13). The inauguration was conducted based on the Decree of the Governor of Lemhannas RI Number 10 of 2026 concerning the Structure of the P4N Batch LXIX Senate for the 2026 Academic Year at Lemhannas RI. The Governor of Lemhannas RI appointed Police Grand Commissioner Aman Guntoro, S.I.K., M.H., as the Chairman of the Senate.

The Senate of P4N Batch LXIX S was established as a representative body of the P4N Batch LXIX participants, serving as a representative of all participants and entrusted with coordinating, communicating, and collaborating both among participants and within Lemhnannas’ internal scope.

The Governor of Lemhannas RI underscored to all elected Senate members that their positions within the Senate are intended as a developmental platform for cultivating skills in organization, management, and problem-solving in response to challenges presented by instructors or the institution throughout the program. “Through this process, you will be rigorously tested and will emerge as leaders among leaders, ensuring that the insights and experience gained can be effectively applied within the institutions to which you will subsequently return,” affirmed the Governor of Lemhannas RI.

In line with this, the Governor hopes that the participants’ experiences as Senate leaders would serve as a foundation for improving organizational processes that require practical changes. Their participation in the Senate will contribute to shape leadership character. “Let this serve as a proving ground to become leaders among leaders,” concluded the Governor of Lemhannas RI.
