The P4N Batch 69 OS event took place over three days, from June 17 to June 19, 2026, and was attended by all 110 participants.

All participants taking part in the OS activities were organized into 13 simulated ministries and institutions. The theme adopted for the P4N Batch 69 OS was “Cross-sectoral Coordination of Government Apparatus and Relevant Stakeholders in the Framework of National Food Policy Towards Indonesia’s Self-Sufficiency and Welfare.” The implementation of this exercise aims to train participants to understand and practically apply their knowledge and skills in making critical decisions and policies during crisis situations. Furthermore, participants are trained to formulate strategic policies and policy recommendations to resolve complex national issues.

The Deputy for National-Level Leadership Education, Air Vice Marshal Ir. Bob Henry Panggabean, M.I.P., expressed his hope that all participants would engage in the OS activities earnestly. He emphasized that the exercise should serve as a vital platform to enhance their capabilities in making strategic decisions for the ultimate benefit of the nation and the state.

The OS activities were officially concluded in the Dwi Warna Purwa Room on Friday (6/19). The implementation of the P4N Batch 69 OS ran smoothly and successfully, substantially achieving all its expected goals and objectives. The participants demonstrated excellent teamwork and group dynamics, effectively simulating their roles as state apparatuses within the administration of the central government. Naturally, this success was inseparable from the creative ideas, continuous innovation, and high enthusiasm shown by both the organizers and the active participants.

Closing the event, Air Vice Marshal Bob Henry extended his deepest appreciation to the participants and all parties involved in the OS activities. “I am profoundly proud of P4N Batch 69, and I pray that the success achieved in this OS will be accompanied and followed by success in your Taskap (Individual Working Paper) examinations next week,” he concluded.
