Spouses of P4N Batch 69 Participants Officially Complete Training Program

Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI, Vice Admiral Erwin S. Aldedharma, S.E., M.M., M.Sc., concluded the training program for the spouses of the 69th Preparation and Consolidation Program for National-level Leaders  (P4N) participants on Monday (7/6). This training was part of a series of educational activities aimed at strengthening the spouses’ knowledge of national identity, national resilience, and the strategic role of the family in supporting national leadership.

The six-day training, held from June 29 to July 6, 2026, consisted of 109 participants—100 wives and 9 husbands of P4N Batch 69 participants. During the program, participants received 13 training modules delivered by various speakers. The training covered topics such as national insight, national resilience, morality, ethics, and various strategic issues emerging at the national and global levels to prepare participants to navigate the ever-evolving strategic environment. Participants also took part in educational tours to the KRI dr. Radjiman Wedyodiningrat and the KRI Dewaruci as part of the learning process.

In the closing remarks read by the Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI, it was stated that this training program was intended not only to broaden the participants’ knowledge but also to foster a shared understanding of the importance of the family’s role in supporting a leader’s success. On that occasion, the Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI emphasized that a leader’s success cannot be separated from the support of their family as their primary partner. “A leader’s success cannot be separated from the support of their spouse as their primary partner,” the Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI said.

It was further stated that the nation’s increasingly complex challenges require all elements of society to continue strengthening unity, national character, and the spirit of cooperation. Therefore, the training participants need to understand the values of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika as the foundation for maintaining national unity and strengthening national resilience.

In addition to broadening participants’ national perspective, this training also strengthened relationships among participants, thereby building a strong network of camaraderie. The spirit of togetherness fostered during the program will continue to be nurtured as part of the extended family of Lemhannas RI alumni, who are committed to continuously contributing to the nation and state.

In closing the event, the Vice Governor of Lemhannas RI expressed appreciation to all participants for completing the entire training program with discipline, enthusiasm, and dedication. It is hoped that the participants will apply the knowledge and values gained in their family lives, work environments, and communities. Strong family support is expected to serve as one of the foundations for shaping national leadership characterized by integrity and strong character, and capable of facing the nation’s various challenges in the future. “This is the foundation for strengthening unity, preventing the growth of intolerance, and building a strong and competitive national character,” he concluded.
