The Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si., delivered a general lecture at the "Lemhannas Goes to Campus" event, part of the Strengthening of National Values program, at Universitas Warmadewa (Unwar), Bali, on Tuesday (September 1). The lecture was held during the introduction to campus life for new students (PKKMB) at Unwar.

According to the Lemhannas RI Governor, the PKKMB program is not merely an introduction to campus life, but a gateway into the academic community, building a younger generation that is intelligent, critical, and possesses strong national character in preparation for Indonesia Emas 2045. In line with this, Unwar is expected to produce intellectuals who are "Culturally Rooted, Globally Minded"—meaning they excel scientifically, possess high social sensitivity, maintain harmony with nature, and are ready to serve for the advancement of the nation's civilization.

"One of the things we need to emphasize within ourselves as a nation is that we must build national resilience," the Lemhannas RI Governor stated. He emphasized that building national resilience strengthens national values. Pancasila must be instilled as the foundational state ideology, the 1945 Constitution as the reference for the governmental system, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) must be constantly defended, and the strength of the Indonesian nation stems from its pluralism.

Furthermore, the Lemhannas RI Governor shared the Balinese community's Tri Hita Karana philosophy, which aligns with Pancasila's values. As one of Bali's cultural identities, Tri Hita Karana teaches three main principles: parahyangan, pawongan, and palemahan. Parahyangan emphasizes the relationship between humans and God. Pawongan teaches the importance of building cooperation among humans. Meanwhile, palemahan highlights the importance of maintaining the relationship between humans and their natural environment.

Therefore, Tri Hita Karana serves as a tangible cultural foundation, showing that Pancasila's values align with culture, especially Balinese culture. "Therefore, to our youth, we must internalize Pancasila. We need to move past simply memorizing its words and start practicing its principles in our daily actions," the Lemhannas RI Governor asserted.

The Governor further stressed that the younger generation must have geopolitical awareness, recognizing that Indonesia is part of ongoing competition and cooperation among countries. To face this interstate competition, he advised all students to develop character capable of critical thinking, responsibility, high integrity, and both geopolitical awareness and national insight.

To realize this transformation in students' roles, the Lemhannas RI Governor urged all new Unwar students to act as job creators. He also hopes Unwar students can serve as innovators who solve problems and become agents of change in a constantly shifting world.

As future national leaders, the Lemhannas RI Governor advised all Unwar students to use their college years to build character, broaden horizons, hone leadership skills, and strengthen national commitment. They should strive to become a generation of lifelong learners and critical thinkers, individuals of integrity who nurture unity, always love Indonesia, and bring change. "I hope this university plays a part in shaping the character, disposition, personality, and nationalist spirit of the younger generation in preparation for Indonesia Emas 2045," the Governor concluded.
