P4N 70 Capacity-Building Program Enhances Participants’ Teamwork and Camaraderie
News & Article Wednesday, 15 July 2026, 10:00The Deputy of National-Level Leadership Education at Lemhannas RI, Air Vice Marshal Ir. Bob Henry Panggabean, M.I.P., officially opened the National Leadership Capacity Building Program for participants of the Preparation and Consolidation Program for the National-level Leaders (P4N) Batch 70 of 2026 at the Central Field of Lemhannas RI on Wednesday (7/15).
The program was held in Bogor and lasted three days (July 15–17). Featuring various outdoor activities, the event encouraged participants to foster unity and camaraderie, thereby strengthening personal bonds.
“I hope that this program proceeds smoothly, professionally, and appropriately, thereby delivering maximum benefits to all participants,” Bob Henry stated in his opening remarks. He also urged participants to prioritize their health, safety, and well-being.
Through this capacity-building program, participants were expected to gain meaningful insights into the importance of leadership, camaraderie, and responsibility. (SP/CHP/DA)
