Lemhannas RI Governor Officially Concludes the 27th P3N

“The institution holds great expectations for the rise of future national leaders who will serve as the vanguard of our nation,” the Governor of Lemhannas RI, Drs. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si., stated during the closing ceremony of the 27^th Batch of the Consolidation Program for National-level Leaders (P3N) held at the Dwi Warna Purwa Room, Lemhannas RI, on Thursday (6/4).

Eighty-four participants finished the 3.5-month course. The educational journey was a journey of self-development, character building, and strengthening national identity. During this time, participants learned about various strategic dynamics at the national, regional, and global levels. The Governor of Lemhannas RI stated that the Indonesian nation needs leaders who are intellectually brilliant and possess integrity, social sensitivity, moral resilience, and a strong commitment to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity).

The Governor expressed his belief that this consolidation education has forged the participants to become unifying figures, agents of change, and leaders capable of guiding Indonesia toward the grand vision of Golden Indonesia 2045. Lemhannas RI plays a vital role in shaping leaders with strong character, integrity, a nationalistic perspective, and sharp strategic analytical skills.

After completing their education at Lemhannas RI, the participants will face more complex challenges in their assignments. The governor hopes that they will be able to contribute to the nation, using the knowledge, experience, friendships, and networks they gained during their education.

The Governor of Lemhannas RI shared five key messages with all P3N Batch 27 alumni. First, they are expected to become national leaders who possess integrity, national character, and moral fortitude when carrying out their duties amidst increasingly complex global challenges. Second, they are expected to be adaptive and visionary leaders when facing global changes such as geopolitical developments, technological disruption, artificial intelligence, the digital economy, and cyber threats.

Third, the alumni must serve as the glue of unity and guardians of national cohesion. They must possess high empathy and social sensitivity to maintain unity, nurture diversity, and prevent social polarization and conflicts that could disrupt national stability. In his fourth message, the governor emphasized the strategic sensitivity that the alumni must have toward various national and global challenges. He stated that national leaders must be able to recognize changes, anticipate risks, and prepare strategic measures for the nation's future.

Furthermore, in his fifth message, the Governor of Lemhannas RI urged the P3N Batch 27 alumni to work together, coordinate, and collaborate continuously to achieve national goals and eliminate sectoral egos. He emphasized that strategic networking across institutions, sectors, and generations is crucial in strengthening national collaboration to support the realization of Golden Indonesia 2045.

During the event, the award recipients were announced. Police Brigadier General Ade Ary Syam Indradi, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., received the Best Academic Predicate award for the highest accumulated academic score. Commodore Ignatius Bayu Trikuncoro, S.E., M.M., CHRMP, received the subsequent award for the Best Individual Working Paper (KKP) category.

In closing, the Governor of Lemhannas RI expressed his highest appreciation and congratulations to all the P3N Batch 27 alumni who demonstrated hard work, discipline, dedication, and enthusiasm for learning despite a demanding and challenging series of activities.
