P3N Batch 27 of Lemhannas RI Undergoes National Management System Simulation

The Deputy for National-Level  Leaders Education of Lemhannas RI organized a National Management System Simulation (Olah Sismennas) for participants of the Program Pemantapan Pemimpin Nasional (P3N) Batch 27. The three-day simulation was held from May 5 to May 7, 2026, and was attended by all 84 participants of P3N Batch 27.

“The National Management System Simulation (Olah Sismennas/OS) is one of the strategic learning methods that uses simulation to train coordination and alignment among ministries and government agencies,” Deputy for National-Level Leader Education Air Marshal Ir. Bob Henry Panggabean, M.I.P., said in his opening remarks at the Gadjah Mada Auditorium on Thursday (5/5). The simulation carried the theme, “Cross-Sector Coordination Among Government Institutions and Stakeholders to Support National Economic Policy for Economic Sovereignty and the Welfare of Indonesia.”

The simulation aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to make decisions and formulate policies in times of crisis. Participants were also trained to understand and formulate strategic policies and policy recommendations to address national issues, make decisions in critical situations, coordinate across sectors in policymaking and decision-making, and communicate those policies to the public.

Participants' level of engagement and innovation served as objective indicators throughout the simulation. Therefore, Air Marshal Bob Henry encouraged participants to take part in the entire program with a strong sense of responsibility so that it could serve as a means of enhancing their ability to make strategic decisions in the interests of the nation and the state.

The simulation concluded at the Dwi Warna Purwa Hall on Thursday (5/7). The National Management System Simulation for P3N Batch 27 was conducted smoothly and successfully. Participants demonstrated strong teamwork and collaboration in carrying out their roles as state officials within the framework of central government administration.

In his closing remarks, Air Marshal Bob Henry said the simulation focused on strengthening policy synchronization among ministries and government agencies, particularly in supporting national economic sovereignty. He also expressed appreciation to the participants for their strategic thinking, comprehensive perspectives, and cross-sector collaboration in strengthening cooperation in the formulation of national policies for the welfare of Indonesia throughout the simulation.
