Lemhannas RI officially opened the Collaborative National Values Consolidation Program (PPNK) Batch 120 of 2026 at the Lemhannas RI Central Field on Monday (8/3). Organized through cooperation between the Deputy Office for Strengthening of National Values at Lemhannas RI and PT Pertamina Training & Consulting (PTC), the program carries the theme “Building National Self-Reliance in Pursuit of the Asta Cita toward Realizing Indonesia Emas 2045.”

The Collaborative PPNK Batch 120 is scheduled to run for seven days, from August 3 to 9, 2026. A total of 62 participants, consisting of 46 men and 16 women, are taking part in the program through an integrated training method that includes lectures, panel discussions, group discussions, intergroup discussions and mancakrida (outbound activities). Classroom sessions are held at Lemhannas RI in Jakarta, while mancakrida activities take place at the Indonesian Military Peacekeeping Mission Center (PMPP TNI) in Sentul, Bogor.

Governor of Lemhannas RI Dr. H. Tb. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si., served as the inspector of the opening ceremony. In his address, the Governor of Lemhannas RI emphasized that Indonesia is currently at a critical momentum that will shape the nation’s future.

Amid advances in technology and growing human resource capacity, the national industrial sector faces escalating global geopolitical dynamics, the energy transition, fluctuations in global oil prices, technological disruption, and uncertainty in supply chains. This situation requires highly capable and competitive human resources with a strong sense of national character to safeguard national resilience and energy security.

The collaboration between Lemhannas RI and PTC has made the Collaborative PPNK a form of cooperation between national values development and human resource development, supporting the strategic role of PT Pertamina (Persero) as the national energy company. “Through competency development, training and human resource capacity building, we hope to develop professionals with integrity, nationalism and the readiness to address various challenges in the energy sector and national development,” said Lemhannas RI Governor.

The Governor of Lemhannas RI further outlined three key points in national human resource development. First, human resource development must not focus solely on improving technical competencies, but also encompass character building, ethics and national awareness. Second, every professional is expected to become an agent of change capable of fostering innovation while upholding integrity to support energy security effectively, efficiently and sustainably. Third, collaboration among state institutions, businesses and human capital development institutions needs to be strengthened through continuous training, competency development, consultation and mentoring programs to develop human resources capable of responding to the challenges of the energy transition, competing globally and remaining firmly grounded in national values.

Through the program, the Governor of Lemhannas RI called on PT Pertamina (Persero), represented by PTC in organizing the program, and all of its personnel to make the Collaborative PPNK a starting point for sustained cooperation. He also called for stronger cooperation in designing training and human resource capacity-building programs aligned with workplace needs, global challenges, and national development priorities, while emphasizing national values education, integrity, professional ethics, and character-based leadership.

Concluding his address, the Governor of Lemhannas RI encouraged all participants to take part in the entire program with commitment, high motivation and active participation in discussions. The knowledge and national values gained throughout the week are expected to be put into practice in the workplace, as well as in community, national, and civic life, to strengthen the competitiveness of the national industry toward Indonesia Emas 2045.

Also attending the ceremony were Deputy Governor of Lemhannas RI Vice Adm. Erwin S. Aldedharma, S.E., M.M., M.Sc.; Prime Secretary of Lemhannas RI Police Commissioner General Dr. Drs. Gatot Tri Suryanta, M.Si., CSFA; Deputy for Strengthening of National Values Maj. Gen.
