"Strong national values are required to maintain national resilience," the Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si., said during a lecture at the Training of Trainers for the 40th Batch of the Strengthening of National Values Program for lecturers, teachers, and trainers (widyaiswara) in DKI Jakarta Province on Wednesday (August 26).

Furthermore, the Lemhannas RI Governor said this program aims to strengthen national insight and build a statesmanlike character based on the nation's four basic consensuses. Participants are also expected to become agents of change in strengthening national unity.

During the event, the Lemhannas RI Governor explained that foreign powers have contested Indonesia's territory. This stems from Indonesia's position at the crossroads of the global economy, combined with its rich biodiversity and abundant natural resources.

This condition is accompanied by the challenges of global geopolitical dynamics. Global uncertainty also affects the strategic dimensions of national and state life worldwide. The world is currently fraught with instability, uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity. This creates a fragile, anxious, non-linear, and difficult-to-comprehend world.

The Lemhannas RI Governor then said four major forces are driving the current global disruption: urbanization, globalization, technology, and the nation's age profile. Highlighting the nation's age profile, the speaker noted that Generation Z dominates Indonesia's current demographic structure amid digitalization and is closely connected to the global resonance of social movements. In fact, data shows that by 2025, Generation Z movements are projected to spread across 22 countries worldwide.

In response, Lemhannas RI recognizes that strengthening national resilience requires reinforcing national values. Strengthening national values is expected to shape the character, disposition, personality, and nationalist spirit of the nation's elements in preparation for Indonesia Emas 2045.

According to the Lemhannas RI Governor, Indonesia must be resilient to answer global challenges. This tough national resilience depends not only on military strength but also on the nation's dynamic condition, which guarantees the nation's existence, integrity, and survival. "Fragile national resilience will not be able to achieve national goals," the Lemhannas RI Governor stated.

Concluding his lecture, the Lemhannas RI Governor urged participants—especially teachers, lecturers, and trainers—to never stop upgrading their skills. They are expected to champion national resilience as Raksaka Dharma, serving as true guardians of National Values.

"Never stop upgrading your skills, as this training actively produces the resilient leaders who will drive our nation forward," the Lemhannas RI Governor concluded. (NA/CHP/DA)
